What You're Watching - Step by Step
Step 1 - Gas Introduced
LPG gas is introduced near the FB-365 detector. The sensor detects gas concentration reaching 25% LEL.
Step 2 - FB-365 Triggers
The FB-365 activates. 85dB audible alarm sounds. Visual LED indicator lights up. Signal sent immediately to the FC-531R controller.
Step 3 - FC-531R Responds
The FC-531R receives the signal. Alarm output activates on the panel. Relay output triggers the connected GD-705 valve.
Step 4 - GD-705 Closes
The GD-705 automatic shutoff valve receives the signal from FC-531R and closes the gas supply line within 15 seconds. Gas flow stops completely.
Detection to shutoff. Automatic. No manual intervention.
About the Three Products
FB-365 - Gas Detector
Detects LPG and natural gas at 25% LEL. Ceiling or wall mount. 85dB alarm + LED visual indicator. KGS / KC / KFI certified.
FC-531R - Gas Alarm Controller
Single-channel controller. Receives signal from FB-365. Controls alarm output and automatic shutoff relay. KGS certified.
GD-705 - Automatic Shutoff Valve
25A pipe size. Closes gas supply within 15 seconds of signal. Suited for commercial kitchens, restaurants, roasteries, and industrial applications. KGS certified.
Where This System Is Used
FB-365 + FC-531R + GD-705 is our standard recommendation for single-zone commercial setups:

For multi-zone installations, replace FC-531R with EC-533R (3-channel) or EC-536R (6-channel).
