Gas Shutoff System - 6-Channel Controller
Equipped with the CLNF APD30-15 industrial switching power supply - 30W rated, universal input 100-277VAC, stable DC 15V / 2A output. Powers all six detection and relay channels with clean, regulated DC regardless of mains voltage.
Six-channel gas shutoff controller in a robust hinged ABS enclosure. Six independent dry-contact relay outputs drive gas shut-off valves on a per-zone basis. Dual-column LED layout (#1-#3 left, #4-#6 right) for instant zone identification. Built-in buzzer with front-panel MUTE / OPEN/CLOSE / RESET controls. Operating range -10℃ to 55℃.

Industrial-Grade SMPS
The CLNF APD30-15 switching power supply accepts 100-277VAC worldwide input and delivers a stable DC 15V / 2A output - ensuring clean, regulated power across all six detection channels regardless of mains voltage variation.
6-Channel Independent Control
Six dedicated alarm LEDs arranged in two columns (#1-#3 left, #4-#6 right) and six independent dry-contact relay outputs let each zone be monitored and shut off separately without cross-channel interference.
Audible + Visual Alarm
Built-in piezo buzzer and per-channel LEDs provide immediate on-site alarm. MUTE silences the buzzer while visual indicators stay active for continued status monitoring.
Full Front-Panel Control
OPEN/CLOSE button manually actuates connected valves across all zones. RESET clears latched alarm states. All controls operable without opening the enclosure.
Safety & Installation Warnings
Connect only to AC 220V, 50/60Hz supply. The internal SMPS handles wide-range input (100-277VAC) but must not be connected to DC sources.
All mains wiring to AC input terminals and dry-contact wiring for all 6 channels must be carried out by a licensed electrician with power fully isolated.
Avoid installation locations where steam is in direct contact with the unit or where high moisture is present.
Immediately ventilate the area. Do not operate any electrical switches. Close the manual gas cock and contact emergency services.
