Gas safety requirements in commercial kitchens are getting stricter across Southeast Asia. Restaurants, food factories, franchise chains, mall food courts — they're all being required to install proper gas detection and automatic shutoff systems.
Some clients come to us knowing exactly what they need. Others come with a photo of their kitchen and ask: "What do we put in here?" Both are fine. We handle both.
Here's what the installations actually look like.
Kitchen 1: Commercial Restaurant — LPG Pipeline with Auto Shutoff

Yellow LPG supply line running along the kitchen wall. Red shutoff valve on the main line. Flexible hoses feeding the cooking stations.
The silver box on the right — that's the automatic shutoff actuator. It receives a signal from the FB-365 gas detector mounted on the ceiling above, and physically closes the gas supply within 15 seconds of detection. No manual intervention needed. No relying on kitchen staff to notice something is wrong. The system handles it.
This client is in Southeast Asia — a mid-size commercial restaurant. Standard LPG setup. Clean install.
Kitchen 2: Food Factory — Full Gas Safety System

This is from a food factory client. Larger scale than a restaurant — multiple gas zones, higher compliance requirements.
You can see the full gas infrastructure: yellow supply lines, pressure gauge on the main line, and the EC-533R controller panel managing multiple detector zones. This facility gets audited regularly — "Everyday is Audit Day" is on the wall. That sign isn't decoration.
Our system fits into these high-compliance environments cleanly: FB-365 detectors at each zone, EC-533R controller monitoring all zones centrally, automatic shutoff on main supply line, and alarm output to the facility PA system. If one zone detects gas, that zone shuts down. Everything else keeps running.
Kitchen 3: Gas Alarm Controller — Installed and Active

This is the FC-533R Gas Shutoff System controller, wall-mounted and live. The indicator lights show system status at a glance — power on, valve open, alarm state.
For food courts and multi-tenant facilities, this is the central management point. One panel. One place to check. One system to maintain.
The Products Used in These Installations
FB-365 — LPG and Natural Gas Detector. Ceiling-mount, detects at 25% LEL, triggers alarm and sends signal to controller. Certified: KGS / KC / KFI. Made in Korea since 1989.
EC-533R — 3-Channel Gas Alarm Controller. Monitors up to 3 FB-365 units, 85dB alarm output, relay output for automatic shutoff valve, AC 220V (standard across Southeast Asia). Certified: KGS.
Automatic Shutoff Valve (GD Series) — Closes gas supply within 15 seconds of alarm signal. Pipe size options: 15A / 20A / 25A. Certified: KGS.
